This luxurious new building in the northwest of Cape Coral offers on approx. 220m2 living space enough space for 6 persons with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have direct pool access and the master bathroom has a spacious shower and a separate bathtub.
The huge salt water pool, facing south, has a separate whirlpool and extends over the spacious outdoor area. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the most beautiful sunsets while relaxing on one of the sun beds.
The living area of this villa with the open kitchen and dining area is very modern and high quality furnished. Great views through the huge sliding doors to the pool area. The dining area in the house also offers seating for 6 people.
For your entertainment there are 4 modern TVs, Netflix and Apple TV. A Sonos system is also provided.
And for all beach lovers: Beach towels, cool box, beach chairs and umbrella are available.
On site you will be looked after by our property management.

The entire rental fee is to be paid before taking over the rented object. 20% of the rent incl. all taxes as well as the deposits are due within 7 days of booking. The balance must be received by Happy Cape at least 30 days before the start of the rental period. For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the entire booking amount is due immediately.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received by Happy Cape on Sundays and public holidays are deemed to be received on the next working day. A late takeover of the rental property does not reduce the rental price. The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance or similar is strongly recommended. The cancellation costs are as follows:
until 20 days before the beginning of the rental period 50% of the invoice amount
19 to 2 days before the start of the rental 80% of the invoice amount
1 day prior to the start of the rental period and on the day of arrival the entire invoice amount is due.
Our prices include 6.5% sales tax and 5% tourist tax.
Electricity costs are not included in the rental price and are charged according to the local rate plus
Tax calculated.
