Our holiday home is located at the summit of Les Hautes de Cavalaire in a small, quiet private residence of eleven houses and is ideal for a vacation with 4-6 people.
The house has two separately accessible floors. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms (one including an en suite shower room), a second bathroom and separate toilet, and a living-dining room with an open kitchen. From here, you have access to the large terrace with sea view and barbecue.
On the lower floor at garden level, there is another bedroom with bathroom/toilet.
In the Provencal garden, there are ample sun loungers and seating areas. A path lined with oleanders leads you to the pool (16m) with a children's pool for communal use.
The house includes a covered carport and two additional parking spaces on the property.
In front of the residence, there is a boules court with a view of the Bay of Cavalaire. Behind the house, the Maures Nature Reserve begins.

Cavalaire is a popular family seaside resort with a long sandy beach (including good parking facilities), about a 20-minute drive from St. Tropez. Locally and in the surrounding area, there are a variety of options for water sports, hiking, cycling, or golfing.
In the town center, you'll find all shopping facilities with a large supermarket, small grocery stores, and boutiques, as well as various restaurants and a large marina.
The Cap Lardier nature reserve offers many natural coves and invites you to swim and hike.

Upon reservation, we kindly request a deposit of 20% of the rental price. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the start of the rental period.
In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained. For a later cancellation, the full rental price is due.
We explicitly point out that, especially due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
