Enjoy the vacation of your dreams as you oscillate between the countryside and the sea. This 4-bedroom holiday home in Cossignano is ideal for a family or a group of 8. The large garden is fenced from three sides and is open towards the forest. The private swimming pool near the home offers the chance to relax while admiring the beautiful landscape. Under the oak tree near the pool, there is a table with chairs for dinners under the shadow. The first floor also has a large living room with a flat-screen satellite TV and a modular kitchen.

Cossignano village has grocery shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias only 2 km away. San Benedetto and Riviera della Palme are 2 km away and continue to Grotta Mare and Cupra Marittima. The whole coastal area offers many possibilities for entertainment like water sports, cycling alleys, events and concerts.

Leider entsprach das Haus nicht den Erwartungen. Obwohl das Haus wirklich viel Potenzial hat, machte es bei der Ankunft einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Das begann am Eingang/der Treppe zum Eingang, der voller Unkraut war. Gibt Ihren Gästen nicht wirklich das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Auch das Schwimmbad war eine Zeit lang nicht genutzt worden; es war dunkelgrün, schmutzig, voller Müll. An verschiedenen Stellen rund um das Becken waren Teile des Randes abgebrochen und das Hallenbad hatte sich gelöst. Kurz gesagt, das Schwimmbad konnte nicht genutzt werden und es bestand auch Verletzungsgefahr. Auch der am Pool vorhandene Sonnenschirm konnte nicht aufgebaut werden, da der Ständer fehlte. In unserem Schlafzimmer und einem Teil des Flurs roch es stechend nach Abwasser. Glücklicherweise verschwand dies nach ein paar Tagen, als ich geduscht hatte. In einigen Zimmern waren auch die Steckdosen kaputt, so dass wir den Ventilator nicht nutzen konnten. Nachts also sehr warm. Die Küchenschränke rochen muffig, die Matratzen hatten Löcher, der Grill war dreckig und voller Rückstände.
