Both floors are air-conditioned and WiFi is available. The upstairs terrace is fantastic - lounge seating, beautiful views, and table football.
Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, beaches and attractions are only a few minutes from the house. Parking is secured at the front.

Villa Patricia is located in a peaceful village of Kapelica surrounded by nature. The town of Labin, where there are supermarkets (Lidl, Plodine), bank, gas station is only 3 km away. The beaches in Rabac are 7 km from the house. Villa Anamaria is an excellent starting point for excursions in Istria, for visiting wine routes, olive groves, medieval towns. During the summer in Istria there are more than 1800 different tourist manifestations and programs in which you can enjoy.
