Pićan, the village and community center in the central part of Istria, is located 12 km southeast of Pazin and boasts valuable natural and cultural heritage.
The first beaches are a 15-minute drive from the house.
Regardless of the direction you choose in Istria, within half an hour to an hour you can reach all interesting places, water parks, adrenaline parks, small hilltop towns, and romantic coastal towns.

If you cancel your holiday booking, we will refund 100% of the costs if the period you booked is rebooked by another guest at the same price and completed. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if this is the case.

If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be moved to another period in 2023 or 2024.
