Charming Villa Frontera is located in Nova Vas, a small town 6 km far from Poreč. The house is suitable for max 6 persons. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room there's an exit to the terrace with garden furniture and a private swimming pool of 25m². Living area consists of three bedrooms; a bedroom with a double bed with an exit to the terrace, another double bed bedroom and one bedroom with two separated beds including a baby cot . Furthermore, two bathrooms with a shower are on guests' disposal. Washing machine is available, free of charge. A maximum of one pet is allowed, and the garden is completely fenced.

Villa Frontera is located in a small village of Nova Vas, only 6 km from the center of Poreč and 5 km from the popular beaches in Porec and the resort of Lanterna. The house has its own fenced garden with pool. The area is pleasant,quiet, close to the sea and the charming Istrian town of Porec that will enchant you with its beauty. In Nova Vas there are pizzerias, bakery, cafes and food shop. There's a cycling and a hiking trail in the town.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
Registration tax is included in price. Deposit: 300 € ((payable at arrival - return on departure))
