The newly built Villa Mediterranea is located in the Istrian village of Vinež, only 7 km from Rabac, and can accommodate up to 6 people. The swimming pool, deck chairs, table and barbecue are in the fenced garden.
The kitchen, living room and dining room are connected into one large open area. Everything is on the ground floor.
There are two bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The inside of the house as well as the outside are well thought out and leave nothing to be desired. Come and see for yourself!

For families with children there is a cot and high chair.

The village of Vinež is located on the east coast of Istria, 2 km from Labin.
In Labin there are three supermarkets, two gas stations, many restaurants, a wonderful old one
City center and a wonderful view of the Kvarner Bay. The east coast of Istria is known for the most brilliant seas in the Adriatic. You can choose from the numerous beaches and we recommend Rabac and the long pebble beach.

If guests wish to cancel the booking, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
100% if the previously reserved period is sold to another group at the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded. There are no additional cancellation costs.
