Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions according to ART. 1382 of the Civil Code: for cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday, we charge 30% of the total amount, up to 10 days before the start of the holiday we charge 50% of the total amount, thereafter 100% of the total amount.
