Reservation and Payment
A reservation becomes binding after a deposit is made.
The deposit is made via bank transfer. By making a reservation, you agree to the following cancellation terms. The balance can be paid in cash or via bank transfer.
Cancellation
We generally try to accommodate you. We ask for your understanding if we have to charge for cancellations according to the following scale:
Cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the trip are free of charge. If you are unable to start your booked stay or need to leave early, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations from 29 to 10 days before arrival, 90% for cancellations from 9 to 1 day before arrival. In case of late arrival and early departure, 100%.
