Anyone who has ever spent a holiday at the Preindlerhof in the Gsies Valley knows: the atmosphere is warm. And fun. And familial. And cozy. Not just in the stylish Hayloft Apartment, which is available for booking from July 2020. Hosts Helene and Werner, along with their twins Rosa and Anni, make sure you feel right at home on their organic farm from the moment you arrive. Plus, there's plenty to explore in the area, both in summer and winter. Some of the most beautiful sights in South Tyrol are very close by. And you can go all out hiking, biking, skiing, cross-country skiing, and much more. So come on over, we're looking forward to seeing you!
We've renovated our hayloft for you! The result? A very cozy holiday apartment with natural materials such as wood, stone, and fine fabrics.

There are things in the world that you simply have to see with your own eyes, not just in photos. Some of these unique natural beauties are located very close to our holiday apartments. For us, these definitely include Lake Prags and the Tre Cime. So go ahead, set out on an adventure and create memories!
You exit the highway at the Brixen exit and follow the brown sign towards Val Pusteria/Pustertal. There are still 67 km to the Gsies Valley.
Just before Welsberg, you will come to a roundabout. There, take the exit towards Welsberg/Taisten/Gsies Valley and turn left into the Gsies Valley after 500 m.
You will pass through the villages of Pichl, Innerpichl, and Oberplanken and continue to Preindl. After the "Preindl" village sign, turn right and drive up to the chapel – and hooray: Right next to the chapel is our Preindlerhof, you have arrived!
The parking lot and entrance are located at the back of the house. A warm welcome!

It may sound silly, but things can come up and you might not be able to travel to the Gsies Valley. In this case, we kindly ask you to inform us in time.
The cancellation of your holiday is possible under the following conditions:
- Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
- If you cancel 29 to 14 days before arrival, we will keep the deposit.
- For cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before arrival, we will charge you 40% of the total amount.
- If you cancel within the last week before your planned arrival, 70% of the total price is payable.
- If you do not arrive at all or return home early, 100% of the agreed amount is due.

Before you book our apartment, you want to know who you're dealing with? Gladly! We are Helene and Werner with the twins Rosa and Anni. Together with senior farmer Josef, we run our organic mountain farm in the Gsies Valley. Because we feel so comfortable here on the farm and find our little piece of earth quite beautiful, we want to share this feeling of well-being and our enthusiasm for nature with you – as your hosts on a farm holiday.
