Villa Dream offers 100m² of space for 6 people and includes the entire ground floor. The upper floor is not occupied during your stay to ensure your privacy.
The property has 3 bedrooms. Two of the rooms are equipped with a double bed (one room with direct access to the terrace/heated pool and sea view) and the third with two single beds.
The bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes, as well as air conditioning and satellite TV. Furthermore, there are two bathrooms with shower/toilet at your disposal. One of the bathrooms even has a particularly large and modern shower as well as a washing machine.
The fantastic outdoor area with views of the sea and the islands of Krk and Cres can be accessed via the living room or one of the bedrooms. On the terrace, you will find comfortable and sturdy garden furniture such as a terrace table with chairs, pool loungers, and umbrellas. The generous swimming pool with an outdoor shower has a slip-resistant and comfortable entry and a shallow water area.
Below the pool area is another terrace. Here you can relax and unwind. Protected from the sun, you sit here under grape leaves by a cistern (well) and the built-in outdoor grill, watching your children play. The entire property is fenced and also offers a parking space for cars. Two additional parking spaces are located in front of the property.
