This lovely apartment is designed for up to a maximum of 6 adults + 2 children, as the sofa bed in the living area is more suitable for children.
The apartment consists of a living/dining room with a kitchen in the same space, three bedrooms each with a double bed, two bathrooms, and a delightful rooftop terrace with views of the sea and the island of Krk.
All three bedrooms in this apartment have their own air conditioning, a smart TV, and a sea view from the windows.
The living/dining room with kitchen is approximately 30 m², also equipped with a smart TV and air conditioning. The living area provides direct access to the 18 m² rooftop terrace of the apartment.
The beautifully designed rooftop terrace features a table with chairs and, as a highlight, its own whirlpool from which you can enjoy the sea view and simply relax in peace. The whirlpool, with its two comfort lounges and one comfort seat, is suitable for up to three people.
In the outdoor area, all guests of this house can look forward to the newly built heated swimming pool from 2018. Next to the swimming pool, there is a pool area equipped with 8 sun loungers. These are intended for hours of sunbathing. If it gets too hot, you can cool off with the outdoor shower and in the 24 m² swimming pool.
