The apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. With its size of 80 m², it offers two bedrooms, a living room with sleeping options, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, and filter coffee machine. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The highlight of this apartment is the 50 m² rooftop terrace, from which you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine in hand. The terrace is furnished with seating and has a special aluminum-made cover, a so-called pergola, which you can adjust as desired.
Additionally, TV/SAT, Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are available for your use. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available in front of the house.
