For additional guests (5/6 persons), it is possible to set up a crib/extra bed.

Right outside your front door, you can go hiking/cycling and in winter, with sufficient snow, you can also take a tobogganing/ski tour. Furthermore, the Zillertal with its many hiking/ski areas, the Achental with the Achensee as a hiking and mountain biking paradise is not far away and can be reached in 20 to 30 minutes.

Cancellation fees:
Cancellation between 5 and 4 months before the rental period, 25% of the total price.
Cancellation between 4 and 2 months before the rental period, 40% of the total price.
Cancellation thereafter, 80% of the total price.
If another guest is found for the period, then there are no cancellation fees. (Only the deposit is lost.)
