Cancellation term
The main tenant must be at least 28 years of age at the time of booking.
Only those people declared in the rental contract have the right to stay at the Villa Frangipani.
You'll find the house rules in the rental contract, which will be sent to you when you book.
Cancellation conditions:
The lessee is entitled to cancel the rental contract at any time before commencing on her/his trip. The cancellation must be made in writing. Depending on when you make your cancellation, the following cancellation charges apply.
° up to 15 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
° later than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
