Résidence Cadzand is centrally located in Cadzand-Bad, right by the dunes and the beach, and next to the marina. For fresh bread, you only need to cross the street to the bakery, and the supermarket is about 300 meters away. This attractive apartment is on the first floor and is suitable for up to 4 people with two bedrooms.
Layout:
The spacious living room has a seating area with TV, a bay window seat, a dining table, and an open kitchen that is well-equipped with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and both Nespresso and filter coffee machines. In the garage, which belongs to this apartment, there is a freezer.
The apartment has two double bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a double bed and TV. The smaller bedroom also has a double bed, which is slightly smaller (140 cm wide). Through the bedroom, you have access to a generous and sunny balcony overlooking the Boulevard de Wielingen.
The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, shower, toilet, and double sink. There is also a separate toilet in the hall. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the apartment.
You can park your car in the parking lot behind the building. The apartment has a lockable garage where you can store your bicycles. Of course, the building has an elevator.
Construction work is taking place opposite the apartment.
Check-out is normally before 10:00 AM and check-in is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in before 3:00 PM is possible, but we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready.
In the center of Cadzand, there is a paid parking regime. Upon arrival, you can park briefly in front of our building or our neighbors' without having to pay.
The keys to the apartment should be picked up from our office at Boulevard de Wielingen 59 in Cadzand-Bad. If you arrive after 5:00 PM, please contact us.

Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southernmost tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and as a sun worshipper's haven - the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year.

From the sixth week before the rental start date until the second week before the rental start date, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You will also pay €25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the money already paid will be refunded.
