On the groundfloor is one bedroom , bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and livingroom.
Direct access to the green garden with private pool and outside dining area. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds, and another bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with a SAT TV. For more fun in the evening, there is table foolball, darts and pool table at the disposal and for the youngest ones a little playground .

The Villa is very close to Pula and located only 2km from the first beaches. Just a short drive can you bring to Fazana, small town, from which you can take a boat and visit Brijuni Islands and the well-known National Park. Pula offers you a diversity of activities, fom sport facilities, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, to organised excursions.
