A withdrawal (cancellation) must be made in writing to the owner. For the time of receipt of the declaration, only the date of receipt at Ferienhaus Losheim am See is relevant (postmark).
In case of cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period free of charge!
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the confirmed rental price must be paid.
In case of cancellation from the 29th day before the start of the rental period, 80% of the confirmed rental price must be paid.
If the cancellation is made from the 7th day before the start of the rental period, 100% of the agreed rental price must be paid.
In the event of premature termination of the rental relationship or in the event of non-arrival, the tenant has no claim to compensation for the rental days not used. The owner is required in good faith to allocate the unused apartment elsewhere, if possible, in order to avoid losses. Until the apartment is otherwise assigned, the tenant must pay the calculated amount for the duration of the contract.
