Well maintained and well located cottage with whirlpool only approx. 300 meters from the rushing North Sea at Vejlby Klit. The cottage is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. The living room has modern furniture, Smart TV with apps as well as both German and Danish channels as well as Danish channels, radio that can stream channels online, DVD player, stereo with CD player and free internet. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. The cottage is energy friendly with a heat pump which reduces consumption. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, extractor hood and microwave. In addition, large utility room with both washing machine and dryer. There is good garden furniture and a barbecue where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the area. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
