Danish quality holiday home in the beautiful area of the Holiday Vital Resort Großenbrode holiday park. The house is bright and practically furnished with a combined kitchen / lounge and living room with access to the partly covered terrace, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. The house is furnished in a modern Scandinavian style and also includes a sauna and a wood-burning stove, which you can warm up again on cooler days after a walk on the windy sea or a hop in the water. The two bedrooms in the house and the alcove, which is particularly popular with children, are each equipped with double beds. The equipment includes a washing machine with dryer function. The WLAN can be used by up to three devices at the same time. An adventure playground was built around 50 m away in 2018, where the children can play wonderfully. On a plot of the 1st construction phase of the holiday home park there is also a sports field on which the children can let off steam with football, tennis, basketball, etc. There is also a sports hall here, which guests can use free of charge for e.g. badminton and various ball sports. Please send inquiries to the local service office. You will also find a supermarket and the service office right here in the area, including beach chair and bicycle rental. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
