The villa is located in Peresiji village in a quiet environment. A nearby medieval town of Svetvincenat (2 km) is located in the center of Istria. Small town full of good people. Lots of good restaurants, beautiful nature, small, charming shops. The cities of Pula, Rovinj and Bale are about 20 to 35 minutes away by car.
