Apartment "Emperor" (50 m²) on the 1st floor, bedroom with open passage to the living room, TV, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, large balcony to the east (breakfast!) and to the south with an unobstructed view to Unterberghorn, breakfast on request.

Our house is quietly situated with a free view on the Kaiser Mountains. Direct acess to the x-country track, 300 m from the Hochkoessen ski ressort. Hangliders and paragliders use our house as perfect base for flying in Tirol. Use our own landing area!
