The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and separate toilet and living room with closed fireplace and first bedroom. Two bedrooms with a bathroom are located upstairs and the whole space is connected by internal stairs. The stone walls on one side give the house authenticity and a Mediterranean atmosphere, very tasty decoration and paintings together with Mediterranean plants bring warmth to the entire estate.
Villa offers a lot of privacy, yet just in a short drive you can find anything you might need. The outdoor space is an oasis for relaxation and a place where you will completely connect with nature. 2000 m2 land around villa with natural shade from the tree and other Mediterranean vegetation is aroma therapy for all your senses. Every bedroom has an exit to the terrace and plus there is a main terrace – ideal for sipping the first morning coffee, the other part of the terrace is also and there you can find big dinning table close to the barbecue, it is great for dinners and socializing with family and friends. In the garden there is a swimming pool surrounded by greenery, which makes it even more an ideal place for relaxation.
