Agriturismo Villa Beatrice has 4 beautiful and comfortable apartments, suited for 4/7 persons, each with its own entrance.
Each apartment has its own private outdoor space with a roofed terrace, a gazebo or a pergola, equipped with garden furniture and armchairs. At guests' disposal laundry room with washing machine, bicycles, BBQ and swimming pool.
At arrival there will be a little welcome gift waiting for you.
Agriturismo Villa Beatrice, near Mondavio, province of Pesaro-Urbino, in the Marche region is the ideal destination to find peace and quiet and to relax completely. Villa Beatrice is situated in a park of 7 hectare with olive trees, oaks, fruit trees where you can take a walk or you can enjoy the swimming pool. Especially for the kids, there is a playground.
The proximity of the fortified small towns such as Corinaldo, Mondavio and Urbino, but also the Adriatic Sea with its lively cities and beaches, turns this accommodation into the ideal base to explore the Marche region.
The apartment Margherita is a very elegant apartment with a magnificent view and a living area of 106 square meters, situated on the first floor and accessible through a private staircase.
It has a parquet floor and spacious rooms with lots of daylight.
The apartment consists of a kitchen with a table for 10 people, relax room with TV and sofa and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
The sleeping area has a total of three bedrooms of which:
- a bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and a single footstool bed;
- a bedroom with a double bed (150×190);
- a bedroom with two single beds (80×190).
There is a second bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room-kitchen area and in the 3 bedrooms.
From the living area you can reach the spacious roof terrace with a living area of 40 square meters, with a pergola, equipped with garden furniture for 6/8 people and two lounge-chairs.
The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; final cleaning; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; use of laundry room, use of mountain bike.
The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
heating € 15,00 per day; extra cleaning; extra linen change.
Pets are not allowed.
Use of the outdoor kitchen under the large shared pergola is not included.
Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 200,00
Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.

- cancellation up to forty-five (45) days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the rental price;
- cancellation from forty-five (45) days before the arrival date to the arrival date: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund);
- cancellation during the stay: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund).
- Cancellation due to force majeure COVID-19: in case of cancellation of the reservation due to proven travel impossibility due to government regulations restricting the freedom of movement on the national or international territory imposed to deal with the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency, Agriturismo Villa Beatrice will refund the amount paid for the reservation, without prejudice to the guest's duty to notify Agriturismo Villa Beatrice starting from 7 days before arrival, and in any case within the day before the booked stay, of the cancellation of the reservation with specific indication of the reasons mentioned above.
Please note that any possible refund will be made by bank transfer in favour of the booking holder within the end of the year of the cancelled reservation. In the event that the payment of the reservation is made by credit card, in the event of a refund, an amount equal to 3% of the amount paid will be withheld for payment management costs.
