The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and the spaces are simply decorated highlighting the warmth and joy of the colour combination. The living - dining room with a/c is the place where you can rest while watching TV or dining all together. The kitchen is spacious and features a traditional style. It offers a gas stovetop, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. You will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board right here. There is a tub bathroom for the whole accommodation and two bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed and AC and the other has twin beds. A baby cot and a high chair, as well as two fans and two radiators complete the equipment.
The simple but beautiful shared garden with pool in this great family complex of apartments is perfect to spend a nice beach and pool vacation because you will have it all! A beautiful lawn area surrounds the chlorine pool that sizes 12 x 5 metres and has a water depth from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. In case you want to swim after a fantastic morning at the beach, you can wash the salt and sand off under the spray of the exterior shower. Then, you can cook delicious recipes on the barbecue and enjoy them at the private furnished terrace alfresco.
The holding of events is forbidden.

Puerto de Alcudia is the perfect destiny for those who love the beach together with all needed services nearby. The paradisaical and extensive beach is just 750 metres away from the apartment, just a short walk. And then, you will find a variety of services like bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, and all kinds of shops all around. If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
