Our stylish apartment over two floors and three bedrooms with a sun deck and 170 square meters of living space invites larger families, friends or even two families of friends! The sun deck extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is the light-flooded large living and dining area, the fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a modern shower room and access to the spacious terrace. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, each with direct access to their own balcony with a beach chair. Directly opposite the hallway area on the upper floor you have direct access to the house's exclusive fitness and sauna area. On cold days you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace on the sun deck. On the upper floor there are two more large bedrooms and a bathroom with a large bathtub. A children's gate between the floors ensures the safety of our little guests. There is also direct access to the wellness area on the upper floor.

Juist residents also call the car-free island of Juist the 'most beautiful sandbank in the world'! Just 500m wide but 17km long. She has a lot to offer. The landscape of Juist is characterized by dunes, meadows, sand and sea.
The Winkelschiffchen is only a few meters away from the nearest beach entrance and it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the city center at a leisurely pace. Supermarket and bike rental are right around the corner.
