The log cabin is nestled in the idyllic landscape of the Styrian Salzkammergut, breathtaking mountains with wonderful alpine pastures and crystal-clear lakes are plentiful and promise a varied vacation full of activity as well as relaxation. Extensive hikes and tours of various kinds can be started right outside the front door. A true gem is the enchanting Ödensee, beautiful in all seasons. The cross-country ski trail is 1 km away, and the ski bus is only 200 meters. Destinations such as Hallstatt, Grundlsee, Bad Ischl are not far away.
Arrival by car via Liezen or Bad Ischl. Nearest airport in Salzburg about 90 km away. By train directly to Kainisch, the train station is about 500 m away.
