Cancellation policy
Late Payment, Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Early Termination of Stay
If the tenant is in arrears with their payment, withdraws from the contract, or cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents (minus utilities & tourist tax) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, in addition to a processing fee of 50 EUR, provided that re-letting is not possible:
Up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price, up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price, up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price, up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price, otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive factor is the date of receipt of the statement.

Holiday destination
The holiday resort "Strandpark Scheldeveste" is located outside the town, 1.5 km from the center of Breskens, directly by the sea, right on the beach, and is a beautiful, very clean and well-maintained leisure park.
Breskens is a small, cozy, historic fishing village, directly by the sea, 6 km south of Vlissingen, 18 km southwest of Knokke, 30 km southwest of Bruges, 85 km southwest of Antwerp. All services in the town. Further shopping and entertainment options within 1 - 11 km.

Ein wunderschönes und top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Praktisch war auch der Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ... gerade mit Kind sehr nützlich. Die Lage ist super. Der Supermarkt hat 7 Tage die Woche auf und ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Fähre nach Vlissingen ebenfalls. Der Sandstrand ist direkt hinter den Dünen und toll zum Spielen und Spazieren... Baden haben wir im März nicht ausprobiert.
Tolles Haus, toller Urlaub. Haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren seit Jahren schon mehrmals in diesem Haus und fühlten uns dort immer wieder wohl. So auch diesmal, fast wie in einem zweiten Zuhause. Die Ausstattung und Lage am Wasser in ruhiger Umgebung sind sehr schön.
