-up to 150 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
-149 days to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
-89 days to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
-29 days up to the day of arrival: 90% of the rental price

The nearest golf course is 10 minutes away; various water sports opportunities, great bike tours right from the house, walks along the Lungolago, boat trips to many places on Lake Garda possible from Bardolino, city tours e.g. to Verona, Venice or Milan.
Holiday destination
You can take kilometer-long walks from the house and reach the towns of Lazise, Garda, and Cisano on foot via the beach promenade (Lungolago) as well as Bardolino. All other beautiful places on Lake Garda can be reached from Bardolino by excursion boat. Verona is 30 kilometers away. Venice and Milan are recommended as day trips.
Getting there
Arrival is very comfortable and also very feasible without a car.
Arrival by car:
Take the Affi exit (A22). From there, it's about a 10 min (9km) drive to the house.
Arrival by train:
Take the Eurocity from Munich to Verona Porta Nuova, then change to the regional train to Peschiera del Garda. From here, it's about 13 km. Take the bus or a taxi.
Arrival by Flixbus:
Get off at Bardolino - stop about 500m away
Get off at Verona - stop about 30km away
Arrival by plane:
Verona Airport - from there it's about a 30min (30km) drive. Take the bus or a taxi.
There are numerous direct flights from Germany to Verona.
