The 2 room holiday apartment (60 m²) is located on the 1st floor (elevator) of a well-kept 6-family house in Constance in the Wollmatingen district.
The apartment is built into the slope so that the associated terraces face the garden. The 2 terraces are partially covered and face south and west. From the terracces and living room (open to the kitchen and dining room) you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the green. The apartment is very bright, all around with almost floor-to-ceiling windows and underfloor heating (granite floor) everywhere.
There is a parking space available.
There is also the possibility of storing bicycles.

Popular destinations e.g. Mainau, Reichenau, Konstanz center, Lake Constance etc. can be reached in a short time by car or bus. 2 bus stops are around the corner. The train station (Konstanz-Wollmatingen) is about a 20-minute walk away.
Shops such as bakery, supermarket are about 5-10 minutes walk away.
Inner-city use of the train and bus is free for holidaymakers and is highly recommended.
