The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained small complex that boasts a stunning pool with lake views, inviting you to cool off.
Our gorgeous garden apartment is on the ground floor with direct, magnificent views of the lake and views from the terrace to the pool.
In the living room, alongside a comfortable seating area and dining spot, there's a TV set and an integrated open kitchen. The kitchen equipment is also sufficiently stocked for a pleasant holiday. From the living space, you step onto the covered balcony with a breathtaking panoramic lake view, where you can wind down your day. A bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as the bathroom with shower and toilet, complete the overall picture of this apartment.
Bed linen and towels are provided as an initial supply.
Thanks to the covered terrace with lake view, the living room of the apartment remains partially shaded during the high summer days, so it does not get too hot and usually does not require air conditioning.
Just a few meters from the house, you will find the beautiful communal pool. Here you will always find a free sun lounger to use. The pool is close enough that you can see your children and yet far enough away that you can have your peace.
The apartment comes with a fixed parking space in the underground garage.

The natural and forested area is perfect for hiking and cycling tours. Enjoy the peace and space, far from the stress of everyday life. Restaurants, a supermarket, lakeside promenade, and ferry can be found in the neighboring center of Toscolano Maderno (5 minutes by car). Or treat your children to a day out at the Gardaland amusement park (about 50 km away). A trip to the cities of Verona, Brescia, Mantua, Venice, and Milan is also recommended during a stay in Toscolano Maderno.
