Duinland 179 is a beautiful and tidy bungalow with a delightful garden for 5 people. Through the front door, you enter the hallway, which leads you into the bright living and dining room. The seating area is equipped with a comfortable corner sofa, a chair, a coffee table, and a television with both German and Dutch channels. You'll also find a CD player as well as a radio here. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen, and the dining table seats 6 people. The open kitchen is equipped with many conveniences, including a dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, as well as both a filter coffee machine and a Senseo. Duinland 179 has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed (90x200). Through this bedroom, you also access a single room with a pull-out bed via a connecting door. A third bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed (80x200). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. The spacious, fully enclosed garden of the house can be accessed from the dining room and is also equipped with a terrace with a picnic table. Other garden furniture is also available in Duinland 179. (No parasol is available). WiFi is available in the house, and pets are allowed.

Bungalow Park Duinland is located right behind the dunes, about 900 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee. The park features several small children's playgrounds and a tennis court. Since the dunes of Sint Maartenszee are so wide, you can reach the beach via a beautiful cycling and hiking trail through the dunes. De Goudvis, a popular amusement park for children, is just a short walk from the park, as are some restaurants and flea markets that take place in the summer.

A cancellation is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing exclusively. In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to 61 days before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- for a later withdrawal or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The date of receipt of the written cancellation notice at Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
