In our house, we offer 2 separate apartments, a small apartment for 2-4 people (kitchen-living room + 1 large bedroom with 4 beds) and a large apartment with 2 separate bedrooms for 2-6 people (also suitable for 2 families, see floor plan). Both apartments have a large balcony, are very quiet (dead-end street) and sunny with a beautiful view. The kitchen-living room is cozily furnished with a large farmhouse corner bench and square table. Covered large balcony with table, chairs, and loungers, awning, sun umbrella. Table tennis room, exercise bike, satellite TV, WLAN (free), lawn for sunbathing, loungers, garden grill, awning, sun umbrellas, bicycles and sleds available (free), parking spaces.
Our wooden log house is completely untreated on the inside, ensuring a healthy living environment. The Wiesenweg is a cul-de-sac play street where your children can safely play on the large turning circle. On the large balcony, you can enjoy the sun until sunset.

The base station for the Kleinarl-Flachauwinkl-Zauchensee ski area can be reached without a car. It's possible to ski right to the front door, and there's a children's ski school, with the village center, grocery store, and inns within a 5-minute walk.
Kleinarl is located on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park at an altitude of 1014 meters. You'll find rest and relaxation in a healthy climate, both summer and winter.
