Inside this apartment, located on the ground floor, you'll find a spacious and comfy living- dining room where you can enjoy your meals all together and watch the TV. The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and the laundry room with a washing machine. There're 2 bedrooms with twin beds, AC and closet. One of them has room for a baby cot and a high chair also is available. Moreover, we'll prepare de sofa bed in the living for the last guest. There's one bathroom with a bath and the house is equipped with gas central heating.
This apartment is the perfect place for a dream-like vacation. The residential complex offers a wonderful shared chlorine pool that sizes 10 x 5.5 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.5 to 2 metres. It's surrounded by a great lawn area where you can bask in the sun or play with your children. In addition, you find the beach just 340 metres away. So you can enjoy some wonderful days between the beach and the pool and every day come back to the private terrace of the apartment and relax with the views to the mountains and the sea at the end.
The pool is available all year round from 8 am to 11 pm. From this time, you'll be allowed ti use it without disturbing the neighbourhood.
The fire place in the living cannot be used.
Pets are no allowed.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
