Cancellation policy
If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the notice of cancellation is received. (in case of Sundays or public holidays, the following business day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.

The house is located on the edge of the village Mekisi, 2 km from the picturesque medieval town of Vizinada, where there is a shop, a café, and an ATM, while a farm is only 30m away from the house. At a distance of just 600m from the house, there are several wineries. For those who enjoy active leisure, the attractive Parenzana bike/hiking trail runs nearby.
Villa Mikela offers guests a completely fenced 820m2 garden with well-maintained lawn, a covered terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining, a built-in barbecue, a private 32 sqm pool with sun loungers, and a small open-air gym with 4 different exercise machines. Covered parking for a total of 2 vehicles is available.
