The apartment is completely refurbished and is available from January 2019, is located on the 2nd floor with approximately 49 m² and southeast aligned. The apartment consists of a separate bedroom (bed 1.80 x 2.00 meters), a living room with sofa bed / sleep function (2.00 x 1.40 meters lying area), a bathroom with shower / WC. The integrated kitchen is equipped with coffee machine for filter coffee and a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, oven and dishwasher.
