The lovely holiday villa Buitenplaats 103 is suitable for up to 5 people. The very spacious living room is furnished with a cozy seating area with a wood stove and a digital television. French doors lead from the living room to the terrace and into the garden. The spacious kitchen, designed in an old Dutch style, is equipped with a dishwasher, a gas stove with oven, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, a Senseo machine, and a dining table for 5 people. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed (2x90x200) and one with a single bed (80x200) and a double bed (2x90x200). Also, you will find the luxurious bathroom with a shower cabin, bathtub, sink, and toilet. On the ground floor, there is a second toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The beautiful garden is completely fenced and has garden furniture and a parasol. You can park your car on your own driveway. Pets are allowed here and there is Wi-Fi.

Cancelling your trip is always possible. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing exclusively. Upon cancellation, the holiday seeker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to 61 days before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- in the event of later cancellation or if the trip is not commenced, the full travel price is due.
The date of receipt of the written cancellation notice at Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday seeker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
