The old Jura house with its outhouse was rebuilt and renovated in compliance with the requirements for protection of historic buildings. There is a cosy open fire in the conservatory and a patio right next to the kitchen and dining room, which is a cosy place to enjoy the peace and quiet. The patio is equipped with a high-quality gas grill. The patio is equipped with an overhead heater and sliding glass doors so you can spend a long time there enjoying the evenings. The Jura Chalet offers 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The sofa bed in the living room can also be used as additional sleeping space. All rooms are equipped with a TV and free Wi-Fi is available in the house.
While renovating the Jura Chalet, we focused mainly on using natural building materials such as natural stone and wooden floors.

The Jura Chalet is directly opposite Eggersberg Castle. Here you will find a café and a restaurant as well as a beautiful, large castle garden. The following tourist attractions are very close by: Rosenburg, Plankstetten Abbey, Weltenburg Abbey, Liberation Hall (Befreiungshalle Kelheim), Danube Gorge and many beautiful hiking trails are right on the doorstep.
When you arrive, follow the signs for Eggersberg Castle. The restored Jura Chalet lies in the cul-de-sac near the viewing platform, opposite Eggersberg Castle.
