Located approximately 2 km from the center of Rovinj, this holiday apartment offers 3000 sqm large property and about 100 sqm of living space. The ground floor is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a compact kitchen equipped with all necessary kichen utensils and appliances (vitro ceramic stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with a freezing compartment, fan/extractor) and dining area. Upper level has a second bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and living room with a seating area, TV and air conditioning. The house can accommodate up to four persons. Parking is available in front of the house. The garden with barbecue facilities is at the guests' disposal for free, and so is the use of WiFi. The nearest grocery store and the nearest restaurantt is about 500 meters away from the house, while there is about a 20 minute walk to the historic old town of Rovinj.

The old town is famous for the Cathedral of St Euphemia, the highest church tower in Istria, Balbi Arch is the original historic entrance to the old city, the market of Valdibora where you can find fresh juicy fruits, and homemade olive oil, truffles and souvenirs, the artist group Grisija road; city Museum, which is home to many archaeological finds; Rovinj Aquarium, one of the oldest in Europe. And if you ride a bike, you can visit Rovinjs beautiful nature. There are a lot of bike trails through pine forests that follow the coastline.
Tip: bring your bikes or rent on spot tough your local rapresentative. We'll get them with little expenses.

Payment policy
Payments are non-refundable.
All transaction fees are owed by the guest and must be paid by him.
Parties can agree on different payment term`s, which arrangement must be made in written and confirmed by both parties via e-mail or another way in written form.
After the payment has been made, the Agency shall issue an invoice for the paid amount and a voucher for a confirmed booking.
Guest shall pay the remaining amount of the booking in accordance with payment policy applicable to the booking.
If the Guest does not follow payment instructions the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Guest will not be refunded for any payment received.
Deposit policy
In order to confirm a booking, the Guest must pay 30% of gross booking price along with all transaction fees.
Cancelation policy
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
