Villa Cristina is located in the proximity of Monte Grimano Terme, right at the intersection of the two regions of Marche and Emilia Romagna.
The property is located on a hill, surrounded by the historical villages of the area and has a beautiful view of the entire Romagna-Marche's Riviera. Moreover, there are many sites of interest to visit nearby.
Just 3 km from the villa lies the historic centre of the Republic of San Marino, a small independent state which, along with Mount Titan, was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008. This ancient city-state presents an incredible artistic heritage, with plenty of churches, palaces and squares of great beauty, such as Piazza della Libertà, and museums where you can learn more about San Marino's past.
Heading towards Emilia Romagna, it is impossible not to mention the famous beaches of the Riviera Romagnola and the cities of Rimini and Riccione, which have become synonymous with both relaxation and fun. Here, visitors can spend the whole day relaxing by the beach and then stroll through the city streets in the evening, where they can certainly find plenty of entertainment.
Then, in the Marche region there are many places of interest to visit, such as the beautiful Renaissance city of Urbino, which inspired the painter Raphael to represent the 'ideal city'. The historical centre of the city is, in fact, a true Renaissance treasure, not only for its beautiful palaces and churches - among which we cannot fail to mention the splendid Palazzo Ducale - but also for the narrow streets and alleys of Urbino itself, where visitors can wander through and enjoy the unique atmosphere of this town.
There are numerous other places of interest to visit in the area, such as the beautiful Onferno Caves, the national and interregional park near Carpegna and Aquafan, the aquatic amusement park near Cattolica.
Villa Cristina is surrounded by a large plot of land of approximately 20,000 square metres, which is mainly on level ground and includes areas of grass, olive trees and aromatic plants.
Not far from the property there is the beautiful swimming pool, which is enclosed and features a Jacuzzi and many comfortable loungers, where guests can relax while admiring the incredible view of the Romagna-Marche’s Riviera, which covers the entire area below the villa.
The property is fully fenced and there is a parking lot for the exclusive use of the guests.
Villa Cristina is an elegant stone villa, recently built with the best local materials, which offers its guests the best comfort while respecting the environment and local traditions.
The interiors of the villa are welcoming, furnished with care and great attention to detail, perfectly combining traditional and modern style.
The villa is on two floors.
On the ground floor there is an elegant porch closed by glass windows with sofas, fireplace and dining tables, from which it is possible to relax and admire the beautiful landscape that surrounds the villa.
On the ground floor there is also:
- a spacious living room with sofas, a satellite TV and a beautiful fireplace;
- a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffee maker, drip coffee maker, moka and kettle;
- a bathroom with shower;
- a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
A masonry staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, where there are:
- two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower;
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a bathroom with shower (adjacent to the bedroom with two single beds).
Each bedroom is spacious and tastefully furnished, and is equipped with air conditioning.
Upon request it is possible to add two folding single beds to be placed in the bedrooms, thus obtaining two triple bedrooms.
Each bathroom is equipped with a professional hairdryer, courtesy set with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, slippers and natural olive oil soap produced locally.
Lastly, the villa has, in the basement, a wellness area with a steam bath, a whirlpool bathtub for two people and an additional bathroom with shower.
In the basement there is also a laundry room with washing machine, sink, ironing board and iron.
The rental price includes:

- cancellation up to sixty (60) days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the rental price;
- cancellation from sixty (60) days before the arrival date to the arrival date: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund);
- cancellation during the stay: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund).
- Cancellation due to force majeure COVID-19: in case of cancellation of the reservation due to proven travel impossibility due to government regulations restricting the freedom of movement on the national or international territory imposed to deal with the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency, Anita Villas will refund the amount paid for the reservation, without prejudice to the guest's duty to notify Anita Villas starting from 7 days before arrival, and in any case within the day before the booked stay, of the cancellation of the reservation with specific indication of the reasons mentioned above.
Please note that any possible refund will be made by bank transfer in favour of the booking holder within the end of the year of the cancelled reservation. In the event that the payment of the reservation is made by credit card, in the event of a refund, an amount equal to 3% of the amount paid will be withheld for payment management costs.
