Cancellation term
the owed reservation costs plus:
- If cancellation occurs 3 months before the start date or earlier: 25% of the rental amount
- If cancellation occurs between 3 and 2 months before the start date: 50% of the rental amount
- If cancellation occurs between 2 and 1 month before the start date: 75% of the rental amount
- If cancellation occurs within one month before the start date: 90% of the rental amount
- If cancellation occurs on the day of the start date: 100% of the rental price including all additional costs.
