This is the ideal holiday property and can sleep up to 20 guests. The large villa offers spacious accommodation, is fully air-conditioned, has a gym, spectacular games room, billiards room and a cinema.
Mas du Vallon is a very well equipped property that sits on large private grounds. The villa is divided over 2 floors and offers 6 bedrooms that can (upon request) accommodate up to 20 guests.
The ground floor offers guests a large open plan living/dining and spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen. Guests will find all modern appliances at their disposal.
Three double bedrooms can be found on this floor, all three with their own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom open up to the terrace and enjoys views of the surrounding countryside.
On the garden level a further 3 bedrooms can be found, again; all with their ensuite bathrooms. One offers a large double bed, the second bedroom offers 2 large double beds (ideal for teenagers sharing a room or it can be used as a family bedroom). The third and last bedroom on this floor offers 4 bunkbeds (again, ideal for larger parties with children)
The villa is great for entertaining as it offers; high-tech cinema room, a gym, a billiards/bar room, and last but not least a very sophisticated games room.
The exteriors offer lots of space, and a big pool with Jacuzzi. There are sunloungers and lounge areas around the pool area and on the terrace upstairs. Exterrior dining space is provided on both levels.
There is ample parking space available at the property. The estate is accessed through electrical gates.
