The Villa is situated away from any neighbours and noise but also just few minutes from the first village and the sea. The town of Pula is just 15 minutes away, the village Marčana is 5 minutes from the house. The nearest sea is in Duga Uvala is just 10 km away with its beaufull beaches.
From the direction of the border from Italy and Slovenia, take the highway towards Pula, exit on "Vodnjan sjever" and follow the instructions towards "Marčana". In the village "Pinezići" turn left towards "Divšići - Krvavići - Šarići" and after cca 150 M you will find the house - rebuilt stone fence with a brown gate.
