Holiday paradise under a thatched roof with wonderfully laid out garden and a private atmosphere. Seated at the entrance of the small resort, this idyllic treasure was the property of Princess Nina of Prussia from about 300 years ago until into the 1990s, built on a property of about 1200m2. High quality materials, many windows, high ceilings and plenty of space give this sun-flooded cottage a particular flair throughout its 110m2 living space. In the years 2004 and 2005, the house was completely and lovingly restored, and renovated again in the winter of 2016/2017 and newly furnished.

You will reach Mr Peter Herrman in his office in Ostsee Residenz 2, 24351 Damp. He is your contact if you would like to rent or purchase a holiday home. The real estate agent reached Damp via many paths: Born in Hamburg and raised in Berlin, Herrmann was on the organization committee for the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich. He first heart of the Baltic resort of Damp at a sailing competition in Kiel-Schilksee. A holiday home complex was being built there in those years. Herrmann was taken by the location and variety of the Baltic resort, and in 1976, he won a contract to sell some of the houses.. (He even bought one - and still lives there today!) Soon more and more owners were asking him to rent their houses for those weeks they were not using them. And so Peter Herrmann became an independent businessman. Since 1985, holiday guests have been reaching him in his office in Damp, and since then they can rely on his individual advice and experience.
