Spacious balconies line the newly furnished rooms on both sides, on the one hand hovering over the beach and sea, and on the other over the pine-lined promenade with a view of the green olive and vineyards.
By lift or stairs, the flat welcomes you with a hallway from which you enter directly into the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the living area. The two bedrooms are equipped with king-size (200x180) and queen-size (200x140) double beds, large wardrobes and a desk. They offer direct access to the spacious south-west facing balcony with comfortable sun loungers. A high-quality sofa bed (200x160) in the living room completes the overnight accommodation for up to 6 people.
On the balcony in front of the living and dining room, early risers can enjoy the sunrise over the sea for breakfast, which is quickly served from the fully equipped kitchen.
