Our house is located in Telfes, the sun plateau in the lower Stubai valley with marvellous view over the valley to the Stubai glacier.
Our newly renovated apartment has 65m² and is on the 2nd floor, from the balcony you have a wonderful view over the valley to the Stubai glacier. There is an anteroom, a living room, where you can use the leather couch also as bed. Next door is a big sleeping room. Both rooms are connected with a balcony. The big bath room is very modern furnished with whirlpool, separate shower and a washing machine. The toilet is separated. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, microwave etc. From there you have a wonderful view to the Nordkette. Behind the kitchen there is a small single room, where we can put an additional bed.
