New, modern wooden house (completed 05/2016) in an absolutely quiet, sunny but also central location on a hill with a dedicated parking space for 2 cars. Enjoy the great panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the Stubai Valley from the lounge on the large wooden terrasse (35sqm). The living area of the house (72sqm) is equipped at a very high standard: the 2 separate spacious double rooms have pinewood beds and large fitted cupboards. Besides a bathroom with a shower and toilet, you can also find a separate toilet room in the house: towels and bedlinen are available. From the wide open living room with a high window front you can enjoy the amazing panoramic view of the Stubai Valley. The room is equipped with a dining table, an extendible couch (sleeping possibility for a 5th and 6th person), a large flatscreen and a woodstove. The underfloor heating throughout the house keeps you warm and ensures a pleasant living climate on cold days. The fitted kitchen line is equipped with electrical appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator with a freezer, dish wascher, water cooker, cofee machine) and several other accessories (dishes, cutlery, glasses, dish towels,...). Of course you will have access to free WLAN in the house.
