Experience pure relaxation and absolute tranquility on holiday in the Villa Grgo in Tinjan, central Istria. The spacious villa can accommodate up to 8+2 guests and guarantees quality moments for larger families or groups of friends.
A cosy feeling of home awaits you from the moment you leave the cars in the private parking space and enter the air-conditioned villa. The top floor features two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms as well as a view of the sea in the distance on a bright sunny day. Additional two bedrooms are on the ground floor, both with adjoining bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room with large glass doors which lead to the outdoor area.
Beautiful landscaping is one of the highlights of the garden together with the hydromassage swimming pool and the mini wellness area. Just imagine soaking in the sun on the loungers by the pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi or sauna, only to round off a perfect day with a barbecue out in the open.
The newly-built villa is set in a quiet Istrian countryside, right in the heart of the peninsula. The village just outside Tinjan is conveniently near exciting places of interest such as Pazin and its famous Pit, the hilltop town of Motovun, Poreč on the coast, all of which are within 20 km of distance. The picturesque town of Rovinj is also nearby (35 km). Both the Slovenian-Croatian border crossing Dragonja and the Pula Airport are around 50 km away.

Tinjan has always been a border area town. In the time of the Romans Attinianum protected the borders of Poreč's ager (from Latin: state owned land for public use) from the poorly Romanized peninsular inland and it also monitored the route towards Tarsatica.
Today Tinjan is a place that proudly preserves its history and tradition whether it relates to the symbols of the area – stone dry walls and pools, Istrian traditional tools (kosiri and rankuni), folklore and architectural heritage, folk tales or legends, or relating to superior gastronomic specialities such as Istrian smoked ham (pršut).
