Cosy, newly-refurbished and newly-furnished holiday home for a relaxing holiday.
Since january 2018 there is a new bathroom (modern shower, modern washstand, underfloor heating)
The "Grüne Oase am Meer" holiday flat is located on the second floor with a view of the nearby city forest. The loggia / balcony face the southeast.

Holiday destination

The city and Baltic Sea spa of Kühlungsborn is among the most beautiful spa towns of Mecklenburg.
What makes Kühlungsborn so appealing is its immediate proximity to the beach. You will find all kinds of beaches here, ranging from the wild and romantic cliffs to the soft, flat sandy beach.

The sandy beach is 6 km long and declines flatly into the water. This makes for perfect swimming conditions for young and old.

The location of this holiday flat is unique. It is located on Ostseeallee, between the beach and the city forest.

Getting there

How to get here:
coming from Hamburg/Lübeck via the A20 and Berlin A19/A20 . Leave the A20 via the Kröpelin exit and continue towards Kröpelin. From Kröpelin please follow the signs to Kühlungsborn.

The nearest Deutsche Bahn train stations are located in ad Doberan and Kröpelin.

Klein, fein, ruhig gelegen und ganz nah am Strand

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein, gut und liebevoll eingerichtet, schöne Farben, sauber, hell. Das Beste ist jedoch die Lage! Ganz nah am Strand, noch näher am Wald, West und Ost fußläufig ereichbar, Bäcker, Strandkorbvermietung, Hundestrand, Spielplatz, alles quasi nebenan, trotzdem fernab vom Trubel. Perfekt für zwei Menschen und einen nicht allzu großen Hund.
