Welcome to the vacation apartment Etschbacher in Weißenbach near Haus im Ennstal.
Located in the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein region, we are your ideal starting point for winter sports activities of all kinds and idyllic hikes and mountain tours. Thanks to our central location, you can reach the Hauser Kaibling cable car and the village of Haus in 2 minutes by car. In summer, the local mountain world is right outside our front door.
Our ground-level vacation apartment Etschbacher offers 96 m² of space for 2 to 8 people (max. 6 adults). The apartment is equipped with an entrance hall, three separate bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen with wood stove and two bathrooms with shower and separate toilet. Sat-TV and free W-Lan are of course available.
We offer our guests a bread service.
Other amenities of our house: a ski storage room for your winter equipment, parking spaces for bicycles, our lawn with barbecue area for a nice get-together on balmy summer evenings and an in-house fitness room.
Winter sports are very important in our region Schladming-Dachstein and are equally popular with guests and locals! From the vacation apartment Etschbacher you can reach the eastern first entrance to the Schladming 4-mountain ski circuit - the Hauser Kaibling - in 2 minutes by car. A ski bus stop is located within walking distance from the apartment. Within 15 minutes by car you can find the cross-country skiing paradise Ramsau am Dachstein or the toboggan runs on the Galsterberg or on the Hochwurzen. Those who prefer to take it easy can walk along the numerous winter hiking trails through the Enns Valley or take a horse-drawn sleigh ride.
The Schladming-Dachstein Region also offers many opportunities in summer to engage in sports or simply to unwind. Easy walks and hikes lead directly from our house - Tip: Visit the outdoor Kneipp facility in the Sonnberg district - about 15 minutes walk away. Moderate to challenging hiking and mountain tours in the Schladminger Tauern and the Dachstein Massif should be planned, as well as relaxing hours in the outdoor adventure pool Haus or the recreational lake Aich. Special family and children's offers, museums, the pit-pat facility in Haus im Ennstal, summer tobogganing, high-altitude playgrounds and much more - as you can see, you won't get bored in the Schladming-Dachstein region. A special insider tip for our younger guests is the spacious playground on the outskirts of Weißenbach. As a varied sports offer, numerous mountain bike and bicycle trails still await you.
